About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Deliver the company’s sales and profit targets for the On-Trade channel as part of the South On Trade team, focused specifically on Oxford and The Cotswolds
- Maximise distribution of draught and packaged beer via key relationships with relevant On-Trade customers and wholesalers
- Manage, nurture and grow an existing portfolio of Lucky Saint customers
- Build relationships with prospective customers, growing the customer base and distribution with the best venues throughout Oxford and The Cotswolds
- Deliver category and customer activation plans to drive customer engagement and rate of sale
- Support and assist on a tiered targeting team strategy for securing key accounts
- Develop understanding of the beer and non-alcoholic category with a data-driven approach to sales
- Feed business insights back to the company and deliver performance course-correction where needed
- Maintain an up-to-date CRM and essential business administration
- Plan routes using the CRM platform
- Conduct customer check-ins and draught quality checks
- Build staff advocacy, train bar teams and prospect new accounts
- Host Lucky Saint-sponsored activations
Requirements
What you’ll need- Oxford/Cotswolds based or surrounding area
- Existing knowledge of Oxford and The Cotswolds and the On-Trade across the territory
- Passion for beer, both alcohol-free and full-strength
- Ambition, drive and ability to thrive in a very fast-paced, high growth business within a fast-growing category
- Growth mindset, bringing innovative ideas and ways of thinking to the business
