About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Play Ludia games across different environments to learn the game mechanics and player journey
  • Review product documentation and analyze data dashboards
  • Explore competing games and understand market benchmarks
  • Meet with cross-functional Design, Engineering, QA, and Community teams
  • Attend product meetings and participate in retrospectives and sprint planning
  • Shadow a Senior Product Manager and learn about their decision-making process
  • Analyze metrics and evaluate feature performance
  • Write user stories and bug reports
  • Take ownership of small features or UX/quality-of-life improvements
  • Analyze gameplay data and propose optimizations
  • Collaborate with Design, QA, and Development teams to implement improvements
  • Participate in backlog prioritization and conduct competitive analyses that inform the product roadmap

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree program in Game Development, Business, Data Analytics, or a related field, with a mandatory internship as part of the curriculum
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel (e.g., pivot tables, VLOOKUP, and data modeling) strongly preferred
  • Strong interest in mobile games and free-to-play business models
  • Analytical mindset with curiosity about player behavior and product strategy
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
  • Knowledge of SQL or data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau or Looker) is a strong asset
  • Bilingualism (French/English) is an asset but not required
