About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Support the development and maintenance of relationships with VIP clients
- Respond promptly to client inquiries and concerns
- Proactively engage with clients to understand their needs and gather feedback
- Help maintain client satisfaction, retention, and loyalty
- Maintain accurate client records and documentation
- Support data tracking and analysis related to client satisfaction and performance
- Collaborate with internal teams to align on client objectives and expectations
- Assist senior account managers with ongoing tasks and projects
Requirements
What you’ll need- 1-2 years of experience in customer service, sales, or account management
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- High attention to detail and strong organizational abilities
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
- Discretion when handling confidential and sensitive information
- Nice to have: Knowledge or background in the iGaming industry
- Nice to have: Native-level language skills in either Bahasa Malaysia (Malay), Thai, or Mandarin
- Nice to have: Previous experience working with VIP/high-value clients
