About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Lead the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, prescreening, interviewing, and onboarding cleared Information Technology professionals
- Recruit predominantly in the Ft. Meade/Annapolis Junction market
- Develop and execute targeted sourcing campaigns using recruiting tools, Boolean search strings, clearance databases, local events, and cold-calling
- Maintain a robust pipeline of cleared talent through ongoing communication
- Map candidates to open requisitions across contracts and complete required matrices
- Maintain an active, branded LinkedIn presence
- Post job descriptions to social media and the Applicant Tracking System
- Collaborate with Program Managers, Resource Leads, and Technical leadership on role requirements and sourcing priorities
- Present recruitment analytics and provide requisition status updates
- Develop thorough, appealing, and customized job description content
- Update requisitions and manage candidates in the ATS
- Format candidate resumes into required templates and maintain ATS accuracy
- Ensure compliance with federal employment laws and internal policies
- Attend local career fairs, networking events, and hiring events
- Provide prompt feedback and a positive candidate experience
- Partner with and coach hiring managers on hiring needs and market insights
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s degree is nice to have but not required
- 8+ years of experience in full lifecycle technical recruitment
- Experience recruiting within the Intelligence Community market or another highly niche industry
- Extensive creative sourcing experience filling hard-to-fill technical roles
- Proficiency with LinkedIn Recruiter/Lite
- Proficiency with web-based ATS platforms such as BreezyHR or BambooHR
- Demonstrable understanding of the Intelligence Community market, programs, and technical roles
- Ability to quickly learn the technical basics of roles being filled
- Exceptional oral and written communication skills across text, email, phone, and video
- High level of organization and attention to detail
- Ability to work self-directed in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to travel, mainly locally, as required
- Ability to work in a standard office environment and occasionally visit client sites, labs, or field environments
- No clearance required
