About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Lead projects from kickoff through completion
- Manage timelines, budgets, and resource allocation
- Maintain schedule integrity and protect project margins

- Ensure seamless handoff from Sales and Engineering into Production
- Serve as the primary execution contact for client stakeholders

- Coordinate with field teams and subcontractors

- Support subcontractor sourcing and coordination as needed
Requirements
What you’ll need- 3+ years of project management experience
- AV or construction-related industry experience preferred
- Strong organizational and execution skills
- Clear, professional communication skills
- Financial awareness and comfort managing project margins
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Collaborative mindset with a high level of accountability
- Experience with project management software such as Monday.com, D-Tools, or similar platforms preferred
