About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Develop and implement floodlighting concepts in coordination with customers and partners
- Organize project operations
- Prepare cost calculations and quotations and manage project budgets
- Monitor and control the timely execution of projects
- Document and conduct post-project reviews
- Support customers and partners, together with the field sales team, from initial inquiry through project completion
- Lead and manage teams through to project completion
Requirements
What you’ll need- Experience as a Project Manager or Project Lead preferred
- High level of personal responsibility and accountability
- Strong teamworking skills and a confident manner when dealing with customers and partners
- Communicative personality with the ability to engage and motivate people; leadership experience preferred
- Excellent organizational skills, a structured approach to work, and a strong service-oriented mindset
- Knowledge of electrical engineering
- Category B driver's license
- Analytical and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in German, both written and spoken
- Willingness to develop professionally and continue learning
