About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Develop and implement floodlighting concepts in coordination with customers and partners
Organize project operations
Prepare cost calculations and quotations, and manage project budgets
Monitor and control the timely execution of projects
Document and conduct post-project reviews
Support customers and partners together with the sales team from initial inquiry through project completion
Lead and manage teams through to project completion

Requirements

What you’ll need

Experience as a Project Manager is an advantage
High level of responsibility and accountability
Strong teamwork skills and a confident manner when dealing with customers and partners
Strong communication skills with the ability to engage and motivate people; leadership experience is preferred
Excellent organizational skills, a structured approach to work, and a strong service-oriented mindset
Knowledge of electrical engineering
Class B driving licence
Analytical and problem-solving skills
Proficiency in German, both written and spoken
Willingness to develop professionally and learn new skills
