About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Coordinate and provide care to clients that are safe, timely, effective, efficient, equitable, and client-centered
Provide case management, pregnancy counseling, parenting and adoption education, community education and outreach, and post-adoption support for birth parents
Create a service plan with each client to develop goals and objectives consistent with the client’s wishes
Counsel, advocate, and teach clients identified skills face to face in home or virtually
Respond to client crisis situations within program parameters and according to program protocols

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, Criminal Justice, or other Human Behavior Science
Must be a licensed driver
