About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Develop and implement UX/UI solutions for products
  • Develop initial ideas through wireframes and prototypes to final implementation
  • Conduct user testing and research activities

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • At least 4–5 years of experience in UX/Product Design
  • Experience contributing to and significantly advancing design organizations, UX processes, or ways of working
  • Ability to reflect on design decisions and their outcomes in a clear and traceable manner
  • Experience with complex digital products, ideally in a B2B, SaaS, or enterprise environment
  • Portfolio showcasing completed solutions and a clear account of your contribution to their development
  • Confident communication skills in German and English
