Field Execution Coordinator

About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Execute CVO site maintenance using resident and third-party contractors
- Participate in daily schedule reviews and review the next-day schedule
- Ensure daily schedule feedback is accurate and timely
- Support maintenance schedule development and coordinate third-party services and resident contractors to meet manpower requirements
- Review job packages in advance using the RBS process
- Ensure an efficient and effective permit process for contractor work
- Visit work locations to ensure schedule compliance, efficiency, progress, and absence of unauthorized work
- Interface with Operations, Crafts, Inspection, Engineering, and Safety work groups
- Ensure the Maintenance team follows policies, procedures, and HSE&S requirements; use stop-work authority when needed
- Verify contractor compliance with CVO safety rules using contractor host tools and coordinate with Contractor Safety
- Perform contractor performance field audits and correct deficiencies in GoalZero and work practices
- Enter GAPS and ISNetworld contractor evaluations
- Approve service entry sheets, track times, and manage security access forms
- Monitor job budgets
- Resolve contractor time, material, and damage disputes
- Ensure rental items are returned promptly
- Manage work priorities according to business needs
- Manage work orders and purchase orders in SAP
- Review and learn MOWP processes and procedures
- Participate in or lead incident investigations
Requirements
What you’ll need- High School Diploma or GED
- Minimum of 6 years’ experience in maintenance execution in the petrochemical industry
- Experience supervising maintenance crafts or coordinating maintenance contractors
- Proficiency in computer applications such as SAP and Microsoft Office Suite
- Preferred: greater than 8 years’ experience in maintenance execution in the petrochemical industry
- Preferred: minimum 5 years of SIPA experience
- Preferred: experience managing program maintenance execution
- Applicants must be at least 18 years old
