About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Prepare and update management reports and analyses, transforming commercial data into insights for decision-making.
  • Monitor performance indicators for the Indirect Channel, identifying variances, opportunities, and areas requiring attention.
  • Support commercial closing processes, including targets, customer-level results, and sales indicators.
  • Consolidate, analyze, and provide information to the commercial team, ensuring quality, consistency, and compliance with deadlines.
  • Monitor and finalize variable compensation, consolidating and validating the required information.
  • Conduct data collection, analyses, and closing activities related to the Excellence Program (PEX).
  • Support incentive processes, commercial investments, and development and performance initiatives for the Indirect Channel.
  • Serve as an interface between the Indirect Channel and Operations, Commercial Excellence, Trade Marketing, Finance, Controllership, and other areas.
  • Support the identification and improvement of processes.
  • Track requests, deadlines, and outstanding items with the areas involved.
  • Support the commercial team with information, analyses, and indicators for monitoring results and making decisions.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, Economics, Accounting, or related fields.
  • Intermediate Excel proficiency.
  • Analytical, organized, and results-oriented profile.
  • Ability to work with large volumes of information and meet deadlines.
  • At least 6 months of experience in the field or related areas.
  • Knowledge of Power BI or other data visualization and analysis tools is a plus.
  • Experience with commercial planning routines and/or sales is a plus.
  • Experience with market analysis databases and platforms, such as Nielsen, Scanntech, or similar, is a plus.
  • Knowledge of AI tools to support routine activities is a plus.
