About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Manage the Adria brand and the pasta category.
- Transform market, consumer, and competitor data into analyses, insights, and recommendations to support business decisions.
- Analyze the market, category, and competition using Nielsen, Scanntech, BI, and other sources, identifying opportunities and risks.
- Monitor pasta category performance through sell-in and sell-out analyses.
- Recommend strategies and action plans for category and brand development.
- Support Adria brand management by monitoring KPIs, communications, campaigns, and budget.
- Prepare briefs and collaborate with agencies and partner teams to execute brand initiatives.
- Participate in annual marketing planning, contributing analyses, learnings, and recommendations.
- Lead projects and analyses autonomously, proposing approaches and recommendations for the business.
- Monitor approval processes for packaging and communication materials.
- Support innovation project management for the pasta category in collaboration with related teams.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field.
- Postgraduate qualification in a related field.
- Experience in brand and category management.
- Knowledge of Nielsen and market intelligence tools.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
- At least 6 months of experience in the field or related areas.
- Experience in marketing within the consumer goods industry is a plus.
