About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Build trusted relationships with a panel of financial advisers
- Support growth strategies in partnership with Account Managers
- Identify and progress sales opportunities through adviser engagement, insight, and management information
- Provide timely, accurate support on product, proposition, and pre-sales queries
- Help advisers maximise digital tools and self-service journeys
- Deliver training and education sessions where appropriate
- Champion PruFund through targeted engagement
- Conduct quality fact-finds to uncover opportunities and generate referrals for Account Managers
- Support quotation activity and new business generation
- Deliver clear, compelling sales messages
- Resolve complex adviser queries collaboratively
- Contribute adviser insight to projects, proposition enhancements, and business improvements
Requirements
What you’ll need- Broader product and proposition awareness across the market
- Understanding of Bonds, Retirement and Pension propositions, ISAs, and investment products
- Strong relationship-building and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to influence positively
- Excellent communication skills and ability to explain complex information clearly and confidently
- Commercial awareness and proactive approach
- Ability to prioritise effectively to achieve business objectives
- Self-motivated and organised
- Comfortable managing multiple priorities
- Experience supporting training, onboarding, or capability development
- Good understanding of adviser needs and the financial services marketplace
- Relevant professional qualifications, such as R01 or R04, or equivalent, or willingness to work towards them
