About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Own the Finance support operating model for Kyriba, including service health, environment governance, operational readiness and escalation
- Manage Kyriba production and non-production environments and coordinate support activities
- Own service availability, incident assessment, communication and problem-management progression
- Coordinate Finance-side support for Kyriba integrations including Kyriba–Bridger, Kyriba–Adjuto and Kyriba–Sonata via FADS
- Investigate interface failures, missing or delayed files, rejected transactions, scheduling issues and data exceptions
- Govern controlled access to Kyriba logs and coordinate quarterly user recertification
- Provide Finance consultation for ARC role management, user access, SCIM, API keys, bank connectivity, market data and FX-rate processes
- Assess release notes, regression-testing outcomes, Finance impacts, risks and operational readiness
- Support incident, problem, change, release, audit and control governance
- Act as the Finance support contact across internal teams, vendors and implementation partners
- Triage and resolve finance application incidents and service requests in line with service levels
- Monitor scheduled feeds, jobs and interfaces and coordinate recovery of failures and delays
- Coordinate user onboarding, access enablement, application readiness and user guidance
- Conduct vendor service reviews and track improvement actions
- Support upgrades, patches, lifecycle activities and user acceptance testing
- Manage application certificates and integration keys, including renewals, secure implementation and validation
- Identify and implement improvements in monitoring, automation, support efficiency, resilience and user experience
Requirements
What you’ll need- Senior Manager-level role supporting Finance applications and Kyriba
- Expert technical support for finance applications
- Experience coordinating application and integration incidents, service requests, problem management, change and release governance
- Knowledge of Kyriba environments, integrations, interfaces, payment and statement connectivity, bank acknowledgements and FX-rate processes
- Knowledge of access governance, user recertification, ARC role management, user-access management and SCIM
- Ability to coordinate with Kyriba Support, implementation partners, FinOps, Treasury, RDM FinOps Kyriba Business Management, Corporate Functions Technology, vendors and business stakeholders
- Ability to manage application certificates and integration keys throughout their lifecycle
- Ability to support upgrades, patches, UAT, impact assessment, readiness checks and post-release validation
- Ability to maintain audit evidence, operational documentation, recovery procedures and service governance records
