About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Develop and execute a cohesive marketing and network strategy with senior leadership
  • Gain alignment and buy-in from partners across the firm
  • Oversee digital marketing, including web, social, content distribution, and SEO
  • Lead in-person programming and brand amplification

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Demonstrated experience developing and implementing comprehensive marketing communications and brand strategies
  • Ability to analyze key performance metrics and adjust marketing plans accordingly
  • Proven track record of aligning multiple stakeholders on a shared strategy and delivering large-scale projects end-to-end
  • Experience building, growing, and maintaining professional networks or communities
  • Hands-on experience across paid, earned, owned, and event channels
  • Comfortable using AI-powered tools to scale marketing efforts
  • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
  • Experience navigating relationships with senior partners and cross-functional teams
  • Comfortable operating in a fast-paced environment requiring prioritization
  • Experience setting measurable KPIs and using data to refine tactics
  • Deep understanding of the founder/venture ecosystem
  • Prior work in startups, venture capital, accelerators, or comparable environments
  • Strong preference for candidates with early-stage startup experience
  • Role can be based in New York, NY or Los Angeles, CA
