About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Support and manage complex building construction projects across different planning and delivery phases
Analyze, redesign, and strategically define project, planning, and construction processes
Establish project management and project controls structures, including project organization, scheduling, and cost, quality, and risk management
Coordinate interfaces between clients, users, planning consultants, contractors, and other stakeholders
Support clients with tendering, procurement, contracting, and variation processes
Create transparent decision-making frameworks
Implement tailored solutions and project controls tools
Take responsibility for work packages and subproject management, including technical leadership
Drive the digital transformation of the construction and real estate sectors through BIM-based workflows, digital project platforms, data-driven controls, and Lean Construction approaches

Requirements

What you’ll need

Successfully completed degree in civil engineering, architecture, construction management, industrial engineering with a focus on construction, or a comparable qualification
Initial to several years of experience in consulting, project management, project controls, planning, or delivery of building construction projects
Experience managing costs, schedules, quality, and risks, as well as contracts and variations
Strong knowledge of HOAI and VOB
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in German and English
Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and MS Project
Knowledge of AHO, DIN 276, or other relevant standards and regulations is an advantage
Ideally, experience with BIM, Common Data Environments, Lean Construction, or digital project management and project controls solutions
