About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Welcome patients with a personalized, human-centered approach and concierge-level service, ensuring an exceptional experience from the first point of contact
- Support clinical appointments, including the application of topical anesthetics, photographic documentation, and real-time video production for Stories
- Manage relationships with patients and leads via WhatsApp and telephone, focusing on scheduling, confirmations, reactivation, and the sale of consultations and procedures
- Organize and manage the medical schedule, making strategic appointment adjustments and ensuring a smooth patient flow
- Handle administrative and financial routines, including payment processing, coordination with accounting for invoice issuance, inventory control, and support for the clinic’s overall organization
Requirements
What you’ll need- High school diploma
- Experience in sales or commercial operations
- Customer service experience preferred
- Monday to Friday, 40 hours per week
- Availability to work in a hybrid arrangement in Goiânia
