About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Assist in drafting pleadings and legal documents for judicial, arbitral, and administrative proceedings involving corporate law matters.
  • Assist in drafting legal opinions and memoranda regarding corporate risks and disputes.
  • Conduct legal research and case-law research, and monitor relevant matters related to corporate litigation.
  • Assist in preparing extrajudicial notices and conducting preventive dispute-resolution discussions.
  • Support the preparation of general meetings and partners’ meetings.
  • Participate in reviewing contractual provisions in M&A, private equity, and other significant transactions.
  • Participate in defining legal strategies for corporate disputes, with the aim of protecting clients’ interests.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Law degree and active Brazilian Bar (OAB) registration, graduating between 2023 and 2025.
  • Experience in strategic civil litigation.
  • Advanced English proficiency.
  • Availability and motivation.
  • Teamwork skills.
  • Strong communication skills.
