Requirements
What you’ll need- Completed degree in Law;
- Solid experience drafting, reviewing, negotiating, and conducting legal analyses of contracts;
- Experience drafting contracts and contractual clauses, not limited to document review;
- Experience with more complex contracts;
- Intermediate to advanced English proficiency for reading and writing;
- Ability to present and defend technical analyses to various internal stakeholders.
