About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Leverage design thinking methodologies to address complex challenges and develop innovative solutions aligned with business objectives
- Conduct, analyze, and apply UX research and data insights to understand user needs and behaviors
- Collaborate with domain experts, product managers, and engineers to brainstorm and develop creative solutions
- Create wireframes, mockups, and prototypes for new features and improvements
- Develop comprehensive design specifications and documentation to guide development and ensure proper implementation
- Collaborate with development teams to ensure accurate implementation of design specifications and integration with existing frameworks
- Contribute to and maintain design systems and style guides for consistency across products
Requirements
What you’ll need- Over 6 years of UX/UI experience working in fast-paced environments
- Solid portfolio of real-world projects highlighting design process and results
- Advanced proficiency with Figma, the preferred design and prototyping tool
- Deep understanding of UX principles, design thinking, interaction design, and usability best practices
- Experience with UX deliverables including wireframes, user flows, mockups, and prototypes
- Ability to select appropriate tools for specific problems
- Enthusiasm for learning new domains and ability to grasp complex business requirements
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams and manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Strong analytical skills, keen eye for detail, and ability to solve complex design challenges
- Ability to adjust to shifting priorities and incorporate feedback into design iterations
- Experience with building design systems and platform design work is a bonus
