About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Create, adapt, and distribute scientific content across multiple channels
  • Assist in developing comprehensive digital and omnichannel content strategies for HCPs and internal stakeholders
  • Ensure scientific content is accurate, relevant, appropriately formatted, compliant, and aligned with scientific communication platforms
  • Obtain timely feedback and approvals and adjust scientific content materials
  • Uphold scientific rigor and data-driven decision-making
  • Partner with Scientific Communications, Content and Training colleagues, including Training managers
  • Align content priorities with internal cross-functional and regional teams
  • Collaborate with external vendors and partners to support deliverables
  • Contribute to launch readiness and lifecycle medical affairs activities
  • Identify and prioritize scientific content needs, including Health Systems content
  • Support U.S. and global medical congress activities, scientific content, and training
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory and industry standards, company policies, ethical guidelines, and escalation processes
  • Uphold ethical standards in external engagements

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Advanced degree in a scientific or healthcare discipline (BSc, MD, PharmD, PhD, DNP, etc.)
  • Rich scientific background capabilities derived from experience or clinical practice
  • Minimum of 3 years headquarters work and/or Scientific Content experience
  • Ability to understand, communicate, and translate complex scientific information
  • Knowledge of Scientific Content and Communication trends and landscape
  • Ability to plan, lead and create scientific content
  • Ability to gather factual evidence, influence and inspire cross-functional teams to drive innovation and achieve goals
  • Ability to interact and strategize with leadership and stakeholders across the business
  • Strong knowledge of US/EU healthcare systems, global regulatory standards (e.g., FDA, CE), and medical affairs compliance standards
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, virtual communication platforms (e.g., Zoom), and CRM systems (e.g., Veeva)
  • Willingness to travel up to 30% for conferences, corporate locations, and stakeholder meetings, including overnight trips
  • Preferred: In-depth knowledge of liver disease; experience in cardiometabolic health or MASH
  • Preferred: Adaptable and proactive in a fast-paced, evolving environment
