About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Organize proprietary and sponsored events
- Lead event projects end to end, from briefing through debriefing
- Develop schedules, workflows, and governance structures with internal stakeholders
- Ensure alignment with Marketing, Sales, Legal, and Finance
- Select, negotiate with, and manage agencies and suppliers
- Ensure delivery excellence, SLA compliance, and cost optimization
- Evaluate proposals based on scope, costs, risks, and alternatives
- Prepare and manage detailed budgets with an analytical approach and cost transparency
- Track expenses by cost center, ensuring alignment with the approved plan
- Ensure event delivery, including logistics, content, and participant experience
- Work on-site at events, managing operations, suppliers, and unexpected issues
- Oversee content, scripts, presentations, activations, and experiences
- Create memorable participant journeys before, during, and after the event
- Develop initiatives focused on engagement, recognition, and belonging
- Ensure clear, consistent, and engaging communication across all touchpoints
- Prepare executive reports for leadership
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor's degree or equivalent higher education qualification
- Interest in and availability for a temporary position
- Solid experience with corporate events
- Knowledge of project management
- Knowledge of Monday.com is a plus
- Strong negotiation and supplier management skills
- Advanced Excel skills (financial control and data analysis)
- Power BI is a plus
- Experience in the insurance industry is an advantage
