About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Monitor and analyze technology contracts, considering technical and commercial scope, deadlines, term, adjustments, service levels, contractual obligations, and opportunities for improvement
  • Support technology procurement, renewal, amendment, termination, and vendor management processes
  • Monitor the technology budget, tracking budgeted versus actual amounts, OPEX and CAPEX expenses, projections, variances, and cost optimization opportunities
  • Support vendor payments by tracking invoices, approvals, supporting documentation, budget allocations, and deadlines
  • Consolidate and analyze indicators related to contracts, budgets, vendors, payments, renewals, outstanding items, risks, and compliance
  • Prepare management reports, dashboards, and presentations to support IT leadership
  • Identify risks, inconsistencies, outstanding items, and opportunities to improve contract and budget management processes
  • Support internal and external audits by organizing evidence, controls, and information
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of IT Governance processes, procedures, controls, and routines
  • Work collaboratively with Technology, Procurement, Legal, Finance, vendors, and business areas

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Experience in IT governance, contract management, budgeting, vendor management, internal controls, performance indicators, or technology-related administrative/financial processes
  • Knowledge of contract management, vendor monitoring, payments, invoices, corporate budgeting, OPEX, CAPEX, and expense controls
  • Experience preparing reports and management analyses, tracking indicators and outstanding items, and developing action plans
  • Intermediate or advanced Excel skills
  • Knowledge of Power BI or data visualization tools
  • Strong analytical, organizational, communication, prioritization, and attention-to-detail skills, with the ability to manage multiple demands
  • Ability to interact with technical and non-technical teams, translating contract, budget, and indicator information into a clear management view
  • Preferred: knowledge of ITIL Foundation, COBIT Foundation, IT Service Management, BPM/BPMN, Risk Management, Internal Controls, IT Auditing, Information Security, ISO 27001, or Brazil’s LGPD
  • Preferred: experience with procurement, contract, payment, vendor management, or ticketing/service management platforms
  • Preferred: experience in regulated companies, insurance companies, financial institutions, or large corporate environments
  • Preferred: English proficiency for reading contracts, technical documentation, or vendor materials
