About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Work closely with business areas to ensure compliance with applicable legislation, regulatory authority requirements, and internal policies, in accordance with MAG standards
- Support the dissemination of a culture of Compliance, integrity, and ethics, reinforcing the importance of corporate governance across the organization
- Review contractual documents, assessing their compliance with applicable legal and regulatory provisions
- Assess the regulatory and legal compliance of MAG’s new business initiatives
- Prepare management reports
- Support the identification, assessment, monitoring, control, and testing of key risks related to MAG’s activities
- Assist in drafting and updating internal and external policies
- Monitor the publication of new regulations issued by regulatory authorities, as well as new laws, advising business areas on their impacts and applicability
- Support the governance of activities related to data protection and privacy
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s degree in Law, Business Administration, or Economics
- Postgraduate degree or specialization in Compliance and/or Privacy and Data Protection is preferred
- Knowledge of the insurance and pension markets
- Familiarity with insurance and pension products
- Knowledge of SUSEP rules and regulations
- Knowledge of or familiarity with data protection and privacy topics
- Knowledge of OneTrust is preferred
- Intermediate English proficiency
- Familiarity with Artificial Intelligence tools applied to daily work and process optimization
