About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Work as a self-employed professional selling life insurance and pension plans
- Initially dedicate yourself exclusively to the MAG University preparatory course to obtain the professional technical license from Susep
- Identify potential clients through your relationship network
- Schedule sales interviews and request referrals
- Conduct outbound telemarketing to schedule sales interviews
- Conduct sales interviews, identifying financial protection needs and offering appropriate solutions
- Manage your client portfolio with a focus on the financial sustainability of the business
- Build and develop your own business through discipline, weekly planning, and continuous learning
Requirements
What you’ll need- High school diploma
- Aptitude for sales
- Extensive social circle and relationship network
- Active social media presence
- Availability to work according to clients’ schedules, including outside conventional business hours
- Experience as a self-employed professional, independent contractor, or entrepreneur is a plus
- Experience with consultative sales and field sales routines is a plus
- Commitment to the preparatory course required to obtain the professional technical license from Susep
