About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Conduct in-person and remote training sessions, promoting dynamic and effective learning experiences
Organize educational schedules, training agendas, and other activities related to learning initiatives
Administer reaction surveys and maintain attendance records, ensuring the organization and documentation of completed activities
Develop and conduct practical simulations and activities that encourage participants to apply the knowledge acquired
Use active learning methodologies to engage participants and maximize training outcomes
Support the development of learning initiatives for commercial teams, contributing to the improvement of knowledge and skills
Work collaboratively with the team, proposing ideas and improvements for learning initiatives

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Education, or a related field
Experience conducting in-person and remote training sessions
Experience organizing educational schedules, reaction surveys, and attendance records
Knowledge of or experience applying practical simulations and active learning methodologies
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to facilitate groups
Proactivity, flexibility, resilience, and strong organizational skills
Familiarity with digital tools for conducting training sessions and virtual meetings, such as Microsoft Teams and Zoom
Experience delivering training for commercial or sales teams is a plus
Knowledge of instructional design and educational content development is a plus
Experience conducting training needs assessments is a plus
Experience analyzing learning metrics and tracking results is a plus
Knowledge of agile methodologies applied to learning and artificial intelligence tools that support learning initiatives is a plus
