About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Assemble and repurpose existing video content, including compilations and Shorts clips, using Adobe Premiere Pro
- Review and refine video titles, descriptions, and tags, including AI-generated metadata, for accuracy, quality, and SEO best practices
- Create thumbnails consistent with established brand templates and visual standards
- Upload, schedule, and publish content through YouTube Studio and internal publishing tools
- Ensure published content meets brand standards and family-safe content guidelines
- Manage multiple projects and consistently meet deadlines
- Follow established publishing workflows, naming conventions, and export settings
- Maintain attention to detail throughout content production and publishing
- Review content for quality, accuracy, and brand consistency before publishing
- Apply judgment to hooks, titles, and thumbnails to optimize content performance
- Collaborate with global teams across multiple time zones
- Report to the Content Operations Manager / Channel Director
Requirements
What you’ll need- At least 1 year of hands-on experience managing YouTube content and channel operations
- Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro (required)
- Sharp eye for compelling hooks, titles, and thumbnails for a family audience
- Ability to follow and maintain precise publishing specifications across multiple channels
- Excellent written and verbal English communication skills
- Excellent organizational and project management skills
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality and accuracy
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment
- Familiarity with AI-powered content creation and productivity tools
- Experience using Airtable, Notion, or similar project management platforms
- Experience working with Kids, Family, Educational, or Animation content (nice-to-have)
- Familiarity with YouTube’s Made for Kids classification and COPPA compliance (nice-to-have)
- Some familiarity with YouTube Studio (nice-to-have)
- Proficiency with Canva and/or Adobe Photoshop (nice-to-have)
