About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Support the corresponding team lead in all departmental activities
- Participate actively in the daily business of the functional responsibility
- Provide day-to-day SAP end-user support
- Implement and customize SAP MM
- Control change requests and define developer requirements
- Optimize existing SAP MM processes
- Support mobile solutions and implement new functionality
- Coordinate and collaborate with external consultants
- Provide first- and second-level support
- Train users and maintain documentation
- Analyze and optimize logistics processes, purchase orders, and requisitions
- Analyze business requirements and system gaps
- Identify feasible solutions, create concepts, and provide effort estimations
- Support MM and interfaces
- Provide business consulting for the purchasing department
Requirements
What you’ll need- Studies in Business Informatics or other comparable education
- Minimum 8+ years of experience in SAP MM module
- Experience with mobile solutions; Mobisys knowledge welcome
- Experience in at least one other logistics SAP module: QM, SD, or PP
- German language, written and oral, minimum B1 level
- English language, written and oral, minimum B1 level
- ABAP knowledge welcome
- Knowledge of interfaces and IDOCs required
- Good experience in process modeling and design
- Experience with SAP, MS Office Tools, and Microsoft Outlook
