About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Recruitment: developing the recruitment strategy and plan, drafting and publishing job postings, headhunting, CV screening, organizing and conducting interviews, preparing job offers, onboarding, social media communications, university and school relations, recruitment forums, processes, and reporting
- Training: defining priorities, creating and implementing the training plan, annual information and consultation with the Social and Economic Committee (CSE), budget optimization, processes and reporting, monitoring innovations
- Coordinating the Health, Safety and Working Conditions Commission (CSSCT)
- Managing annual and career development reviews
- Career development and workforce planning (GPEC)
- Entering payroll variables and processing payroll
- Applying the quality management system, driving continuous improvement, and supporting AI development
Requirements
What you’ll need- Master’s degree (Bac+5 equivalent) in Human Resources
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience in a similar role, ideally as an HR Generalist
- Strong proficiency with IT tools, particularly Excel
- Familiarity with ADP payroll services
- English: B1/B2 level
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Results-oriented mindset
- Strong sense of service
