About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Design, build, and operate a centralized data platform for Modern Workplace reporting
  • Integrate and harmonize data from Microsoft Intune, Entra ID, Matrix42 ITSM DB, Nexthink, and other systems into a central database
  • Develop and maintain Azure Data Factory or comparable ETL/ELT data pipelines, including scheduling, error handling, and operational monitoring
  • Create and optimize SQL-based data models, views, and custom queries for operational reporting and analytics
  • Automate data extraction and operational tasks using Microsoft Graph API, Entra ID concepts, PowerShell, and/or Python
  • Build and maintain Power BI datasets and dashboards, including KPI definitions, refresh, and access management
  • Own and improve device compliance monitoring across Intune-managed Android, iOS, Windows, and MacOS devices
  • Coordinate and drive remediation with MIT and Divisional IT through runbooks, escalation paths, follow-up, and reporting
  • Ensure data quality, consistency, compliance, documentation, validation, and auditability of metrics
  • Provide 2nd/3rd level support for reporting, automation, and compliance monitoring topics
  • Consult internal teams on dashboard and insight usage
  • Participate in an on-call rotation for the reporting/compliance monitoring service as required

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Preferably Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Technology or a relevant field
  • Completed education of a technical college
  • 2–3 years of experience in endpoint management analytics / reporting, with Intune strongly preferred
  • Strong SQL skills, including querying, basic performance tuning, and data modeling
  • Experience with Microsoft Graph API and Entra ID, including identity and device objects, permissions, app registrations, and authentication concepts
  • Hands-on experience with Azure Data Factory or equivalent tooling and reliable ETL/ELT pipelines across multiple sources
  • Power BI skills, including data modeling, DAX basics, dashboard design, and row-level security concepts
  • Strong scripting/automation skills in PowerShell and/or Python, including APIs, scheduling, logging, and error handling
  • Understanding of endpoint compliance concepts and telemetry, including Intune compliance, BitLocker, AV/Defender signals, application versioning, and device health indicators
  • Knowledge of client lifecycle management systems and current computing trends
  • Effective English communication skills, written and verbal
  • Ability to work independently or as part of a team
  • Ability to comply with company codes, regulations, policies, values, work procedures, and instructions
  • Independent problem-solving, troubleshooting, decision-making, and analytical skills
  • Excellent customer service skills
