About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Draft, review, negotiate, and administer legal and transactional documents
- Provide legal advice and support on legal matters
- Manage legal proceedings, litigation, and business transactions
- Analyze and identify legal risks and implications and recommend solutions
- Conduct legal research and analysis
- Handle ad hoc assignments

Requirements
What you’ll need- Experience in the aviation industry
- A degree in Law
- At least five years of experience in commercial law
- Knowledge of personal data protection regulations and requirements is an advantage
- Experience in conflict resolution
- Excellent spoken and written English
- Estonian or Lithuanian is an advantage
- Strong sense of ownership
- Strong relationship-building skills
- Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team
