About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Develop innovative AI opportunities for clients in collaboration with Account Managers and Designers
Analyze customer journeys, value creation processes, and friction points to identify high-impact AI solutions
Co-create ideas and solution approaches based on the MAI portfolio
Bridge the gap between business and technology teams
Sketch architectures and visualize concepts
Strategically guide clients from the initial solution concept through prioritization and roadmap development to handover to implementation teams
Serve as a point of contact for data protection, the GDPR, and the EU AI Act
Support clients from the initial workshop through implementation
Monitor the market, competitors, and emerging AI developments, and bring relevant insights to the team and client discussions

Requirements

What you’ll need

Several years of experience in a consulting, strategy, or solutions role
Ideally, experience in customer experience, digital transformation, or data-driven business models
Understanding of business processes, decision-making logic, and customer journeys
Confident and persuasive presence, with the ability to communicate ideas clearly to different audiences
Understanding of LLMs, agentic systems, and RAG approaches, including their limitations
Solid foundational technical knowledge
Familiarity with the IT security, data protection, and compliance requirements of enterprise clients
Quick learner with the ability to rapidly understand business contexts and challenges
Very good German language skills at C2 level
Fluent, business-level English
Willingness to work in a hybrid model and regularly be present at a location in Munich, Cologne, or Vienna
