About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Work with online shops in sectors including cosmetics, jewelry, dietary supplements, fitness products, and fashion
Serve as the central point of contact between clients and the team
Conduct regular check-in calls and build strong client relationships
Plan, coordinate, and take full responsibility for project execution
Develop email marketing and CRM strategies
Collaborate with operational teams on copywriting, graphic design, and technical implementation
Develop and apply best practices for sending volume and email marketing

Requirements

What you’ll need

1–3 years of experience in email marketing or CRM
Prior experience with Klaviyo is a plus
Willingness to learn and work with new tools
Open and positive communication style
Ability to interpret data and develop creative marketing strategies
Fluency in German
Solid written and spoken English skills
Must reside in Germany or be legally eligible to apply for roles in Germany, as this position is limited to applicants in Germany
