About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Collaborate with online shops across various e-commerce sectors
- Serve as the central point of contact between clients and the team
- Conduct regular check-in calls and build strong client relationships

Requirements
What you’ll need- 1–3 years of experience in email marketing or CRM
- Prior experience with Klaviyo is a plus
- Willingness to learn new tools
- Open and approachable personality with a positive attitude
- Analytical skills for interpreting data
- Creativity in developing marketing strategies
- Fluency in German
- Solid written and spoken English skills
