About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Support daily operations and ongoing enhancements for Salesforce, a Knowledge Sharing Portal, and public websites
Optimize user experience, performance, and scalability for business-critical applications
Update and maintain Salesforce user interfaces, workflows, and overall user experience
Develop, customize, and enhance Salesforce applications using Lightning components and declarative tools
Gather requirements with business analysts, Salesforce administrators, back-end developers, and UI/UX designers
Ensure interfaces meet accessibility standards and cross-browser compatibility requirements
Perform unit testing, debugging, and troubleshooting
Monitor Salesforce platform updates, new features, and industry trends
Troubleshoot front-end performance, usability, and browser inconsistency issues
Support system upgrades, releases, patches, and post-implementation activities
Improve development processes, tools, methodologies, efficiency, and maintainability

Requirements

What you’ll need

3+ years of experience with Salesforce Lightning and Salesforce front-end development
Experience working with Salesforce Experience Cloud
Experience integrating user-facing components with CRM workflows and business processes
Solid understanding of UX/UI design principles
Knowledge of web standards and front-end development best practices
Proficiency in HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript
Experience with responsive design and mobile-first development
Experience ensuring accessibility and WCAG compliance
Strong collaboration skills in an Agile environment
Experience working across multiple teams, including developers, designers, and business analysts
