About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Lead day-to-day Pega development activities, including application configuration, enhancement delivery, defect resolution, and production support
Design, develop, configure, and support enterprise Pega applications
Build and enhance functionality using Pega Flows, Activities, Data Pages, and Connectors
Conduct code reviews and ensure compliance with Pega guardrails and development best practices
Partner with solution architects on design, security, and integration standards
Support application demonstrations, sprint reviews, and stakeholder walkthroughs
Participate in test execution, defect resolution, and release support
Collaborate with DevOps teams on CI/CD pipelines and deployment processes
Troubleshoot production issues and support releases for scalable enterprise solutions

Requirements

What you’ll need

Pega Certified Senior System Architect (CSSA) required
7–10+ years of IT experience
5+ years of hands-on Pega development experience
Strong implementation, enhancement, and production support experience
Strong expertise with Pega Infinity, PRPC 7.x/8.x, Flows, Activities, Data Pages, Case Types, UI development, and production support
Experience building REST/SOAP integrations, Queue Processors, Job Schedulers, decisioning components, and reusable application frameworks
Ability to troubleshoot production issues, resolve defects, support releases, and enforce Pega guardrails and performance best practices
Experience with Agile delivery, solution design collaboration, DevOps practices, cloud platforms, and CI/CD environments
Experience delivering enterprise Pega solutions in financial services, banking, insurance, healthcare, or other regulated industries
