About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Lead future-state design workshops for AR, AP, GL, costing, budgeting, planning, financial reporting, and consolidation
Bring finance best practices to the table and help the client decide how they want to operate
Configure and validate Kinetic financial modules against agreed requirements
Work with operations and supply chain leads on costing and integration points
Support data conversion, testing, training, and go-live for the finance team
Build a repeatable finance approach for future site rollouts
Guide the client through design and deployment across the full financial footprint

Requirements

What you’ll need

10+ years implementing Epicor Kinetic or earlier Epicor ERP versions
Deep finance domain expertise across AR, AP, GL, cost accounting, and multi-entity reporting and consolidation
Ability to lead executive and department-level visioning sessions with confidence
Working knowledge of the Kinetic data model and table structure
Strong facilitation, leadership, and communication skills
Manufacturing industry experience, ideally in metal fabrication or industrial products
Multi-site or multi-entity rollout experience preferred
