About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Perform customer service, environmental, patient care, and supply functions in Radiology
  • Assist technologists and nursing staff with direct and indirect patient care
  • Lift and assist patients onto and off examining tables
  • Ensure patient safety and comfort
  • Support efficient room turnover
  • Assist with collecting patient information and relevant data
  • Track orders and images in information systems
  • Obtain patient supplies and maintain supply inventories
  • Maintain equipment and cleanliness of general service areas
  • Provide professional, courteous, and positive service to patients, staff, and families

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Previous medical experience required
  • Previous Radiology experience highly preferred
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) Healthcare Provider preferred
  • Ability to provide rotating coverage across Augusta and Waterville campuses
  • Availability for weekend shifts, typically Saturdays and Sundays
  • Occasional weekday coverage may be requested based on staffing needs
