About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Assist insurance customers by phone and in writing with their insurance-related inquiries
- Process customer inquiries in the area of liability insurance
- Independently identify suitable solutions and ensure a positive customer experience
- Accurately enter and maintain customer data in the relevant systems
- Use customer-specific IT systems confidently and reliably
Requirements
What you’ll need- Insurance knowledge is required
- Professional qualification or relevant educational background in the insurance sector
- Training in the insurance sector, qualification as an insurance specialist, an equivalent insurance-related qualification, or relevant, verifiable professional experience in the insurance industry
- Ideally, knowledge of liability insurance
- Very good written and spoken German
- Confident use of PCs and various IT systems
- Experience with data entry is an advantage
- Independent, reliable, and detail-oriented working style
