About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Lead planning, execution, and completion of key client and platform projects
Agree project scope, goals, and resourcing against the SOW with stakeholders
Build and maintain project plans, timelines, and milestones as priorities change
Coordinate across internal and external stakeholders
Provide documentation, reporting, follow-up emails, status decks, and Steering Committee decks to client stakeholders
Track action items, decisions, and dependencies through closure
Maintain risk and issue logs and flag blockers, risks, and slipping dates with proposed paths forward
Run client meetings and internal project check-ins with clear owners, due dates, and next steps
Coordinate project rollout, user adoption, and handoff to production support after launch
Track budget and burn against the SOW, flag scope changes, and support change orders
Identify and implement process improvements, including AI-based task automation
Partner with the Product Owner, engineers, designers, product, client services, and client stakeholders to keep delivery on track

Requirements

What you’ll need

5+ years of project management experience, including client-facing software or technology projects
Proven track record of successfully managing complex, cross-functional projects
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
Experience presenting project status to client executives and Steering Committees
Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
Experience with Jira, Asana, Slack, and Google Workspace
Ability to work independently and drive projects forward with minimal supervision
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Keen attention to detail
Urgency and accountability in project execution
Consistent follow-through on open items until closure
Employment authorization in the country where the job is located
