About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Own IT infrastructure and security policy group-wide across all regional markets and delivery hubs
- Manage enterprise AI tool and enterprise tool licensing, access controls and usage monitoring across embedded teams
- Build and maintain the company AI policy, including human-in-the-loop safeguards, workflow audits and tool usage reporting standards
- Build and maintain the company’s data privacy policy and ensure data privacy compliance across tools and platforms
- Set data governance standards for country and account teams across India, Singapore and other APAC delivery hubs
- Own group-level compliance across enterprise client relationships, including data residency, cross-border data transfer and client-specific security requirements
- Partner with the AI Strategy & Implementation Manager to evaluate new AI tools before they enter the tested toolset
- Manage security incidents, access provisioning and revocation across a distributed, multi-market talent bench
- Act as the central point of contact for client security and compliance audits across all accounts
- Maintain and audit data governance and security across all external tools
Requirements
What you’ll need- BA/BS degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Security or a related field, or equivalent experience
- 7+ years’ experience in IT management, information security or data governance, ideally operating across multiple markets or business units
- Working knowledge of AI tool risk assessment, including prompt injection, data leakage and model access controls
- Proven experience building group-wide policy that is implemented consistently across regional or country teams
- Comfortable acting as the governance backbone for a fast-moving, embedded-team business model at scale
- Prior experience in a services, agency or in-house marketing environment is a plus
