About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Coach learners on the AI Essentials L3 programme and other AI products and programmes
Run AI training workshops
Provide one-to-one learner support
Give feedback and guidance to help learners improve their skills
Review learner work regularly
Keep learner profiles and progress-tracking systems up to date
Contribute to coaching leaders in AI training
Help learners reflect on their learning, goals, challenges, and potential solutions
Mentor learners by modelling skills and behaviours needed to become AI-enabled professionals
Provide technical feedback and guide learners toward solving problems
Offer emotional support to learners experiencing stress and work pressure
Use educational tools to organise learning, sequence material, rebuild mental models, and develop independent self-learners
Collaborate with the Head of AI Coaching, who is responsible for AI programme quality
Ensure employers understand the educational approach, curriculum, and learner progress
Log and promptly handle safeguarding concerns
Continuously improve training materials, coaching approaches, technical skills, and team practices

Requirements

What you’ll need

Extensive experience in Business Change/Transformation
Background as a Business Analyst, Scrum Master, Change Manager, Process Improvement Specialist, or similar
Proficiency with data visualisation tools, AI tools, or business intelligence platforms
Practical experience designing, implementing, and optimising business processes
Experience with requirements gathering, stakeholder workshops, process mapping, workflow analysis, automation, and/or AI tools
Solid expertise in AI applications for business
Demonstrable experience implementing generative AI
Understanding of AI ethics, data privacy compliance, and performance measurement for AI-driven business initiatives
Significant experience with Microsoft Copilot, Copilot Studio, and/or Power Automate
Knowledge of the end-to-end business transformation lifecycle, including process optimisation, business case development, and performance dashboards using Power BI, Tableau, Gemini, or Copilot (desirable)
Experience with agentic AI systems (desirable)
Foundational knowledge of AI strategy and change management practices, including AI governance frameworks, stakeholder engagement, and digital adoption principles (desirable)
Ability to complete appropriate pre-employment checks, including DBS screening relevant to the role
Ability to work remotely and onsite, including occasional work from the London office or other UK locations
