About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Support client implementation by helping define candidate journeys, monitoring impact, and ensuring smooth onboarding
Configure Maki’s AI agents to match client needs and hiring processes
Run structured testing loops on AI agents, analyze results, and iterate with Implementation Managers and Forward Deployed Engineers
Collaborate with Science, Tech, Ops, and Customer Success teams to align configuration with client needs
Design and refine processes to monitor implementations efficiently using ClickUp
Contribute to strategic projects supporting large-scale enterprise projects and change management

Requirements

What you’ll need

Sharp attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills
Excellent English, spoken and written
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced startup environment
Ownership and an extra-mile mindset
Analytical thinking and ability to identify patterns in test results, summarize findings, and recommend next steps
Strong project organization skills, including managing multiple workstreams with clear trackers and timely follow-ups
Must have an internship agreement (convention de stage) with a French university
More than one language is a bonus
Experience with ClickUp, Lovable, Claude, Cursor or Linear is a bonus
Coding experience or experience building something with AI tools is a bonus
