About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Plan and deliver impactful events, campaigns, and demand-generation programs across the AMEC region
- Support pipeline growth and brand awareness

- Measure performance and continuously improve campaign effectiveness
- Support regional events and initiatives through travel
Requirements
What you’ll need- Experience executing B2B marketing campaigns, events, and lead-generation activities
- Experience planning and delivering trade shows, customer events, and partner programs
- Understanding of demand generation, pipeline development, and campaign performance tracking
- Strong organizational and project management skills
- Effective communication and cross-functional collaboration skills
- Comfortable using CRM and marketing automation platforms
- Analytical mindset with ability to measure and improve marketing performance
- Detail-oriented and able to deliver high-quality work in a fast-paced environment
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field (nice to have)
- 5+ years of B2B marketing experience (nice to have)
- Experience supporting events, campaigns, and lead-generation activities (nice to have)
- Knowledge of Salesforce and Pardot (nice to have)
- Ability to travel up to 40% to support regional events and initiatives
