About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Lead facilities, infrastructure, maintenance, and capital projects from concept through completion
  • Develop project scopes, budgets, schedules, business cases, and implementation plans
  • Manage building upgrades, utility improvements, maintenance-related investments, and workplace projects
  • Coordinate contractors, consultants, suppliers, and internal stakeholders
  • Partner with Facilities, Maintenance, HSE, Operations, Finance, and business leaders
  • Ensure compliance with company standards, applicable regulations, and safety requirements
  • Manage project risks and implement appropriate mitigation plans
  • Provide regular project updates and recommendations to senior management
  • Support sustainability, energy reduction, and operational efficiency initiatives
  • Support projects at international locations as business needs evolve

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Facilities Management, Construction Management, Project Management, or a related field
  • Proven experience delivering facilities, engineering, infrastructure, or capital projects in a manufacturing, industrial, laboratory, or technical environment
  • Strong contractor and stakeholder management skills
  • Demonstrated experience managing project budgets, schedules, and risks
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work independently
  • Strong communication and influencing skills
  • Fluent in English
  • Dutch language skills are preferred
  • Ability to travel regularly to Eindhoven and occasionally internationally
