About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Planning and overseeing the implementation of civil engineering structures in the areas of wastewater treatment, drinking water treatment, and energy efficiency
- Preparing well-founded tender documents
- Ensuring efficient, quality-oriented project delivery
- Coordinating project progress and managing on-site construction execution
- Monitoring the scope of services in terms of contract volume, quality, schedule, and costs
- Managing claims and variations
- Coordinating with clients and resolving technical matters with specialist designers
- Serving as the responsible point of contact through successful project completion
Requirements
What you’ll need- Successfully completed degree in civil engineering or a related field
- At least 3 years of professional experience as a Construction Manager
- Experience with complex technical construction projects or infrastructure projects is an advantage
- Confident knowledge of applicable regulations, such as VOB
- Proficient use of IT tools, particularly AVA software iTWO
- Understanding of the requirements for water management and energy-efficient structures
- Committed, proactive, and self-reliant approach to work
- Ability to collaborate effectively as part of a team
