About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Lead and oversee complex customer projects from pilot to global rollout
- Drive project management and coordinate integrations across industries

Requirements
What you’ll need- Degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or similar
- 5 to 10 years of professional experience in consulting, automotive, manufacturing, or tech
- Good understanding of AI, software, and production processes
- Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and orchestrate stakeholders
- Business-fluent in German and English
- Based in Munich or willing to relocate
- High level of personal responsibility, strategic and analytical mindset, strong drive, and high motivation
