About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Own end-to-end program health across 3 to 5 strategic enterprise accounts
  • Serve as primary point of contact for client mobility, HR, and talent teams
  • Liaise between clients, Manifest Law attorneys, and operations
  • Build relationships with Heads of Mobility, VPs, and executive stakeholders
  • Define and track program KPIs and SLAs, including case timelines, approval rates, employee experience, and spend
  • Lead quarterly and executive business reviews with performance reporting, trends, and recommendations
  • Forecast and plan for H-1B cap season, PERM and green card pipelines, and annual extension waves
  • Manage escalations and own resolution across internal teams
  • Lead onboarding and transitions for new programs, including case migration from incumbent firms
  • Advise clients on regulatory and policy changes and translate them into practical program decisions
  • Identify process improvements to move programs from reactive to proactive
  • Feed client insights into product, legal, and operations to shape the roadmap and service model

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 10+ years in global mobility, ideally leading or managing immigration programs at a Fortune 500 company or a top immigration firm
  • Deep understanding of US immigration processes, including H-1B, L-1, O-1, PERM, and green cards
  • Strategic view of the mobility function beyond case filing
  • Experience managing outside counsel or vendor relationships and holding them accountable to SLAs
  • Strong executive presence and written and verbal communication skills
  • Excellent organizational and project management skills, with ability to run complex programs at scale
  • Comfort operating in a fast-moving, early-stage environment
  • Proficiency with immigration case management systems, CRM tools, and data reporting
  • Legally authorized to work in the United States
  • No stated educational credential requirement
