About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Own end-to-end delivery of customer-facing and internal software projects from discovery through release
  • Drive teams toward agreed milestones, sprint goals and release commitments
  • Translate business and technical requirements into clear, achievable delivery outcomes
  • Establish and maintain delivery plans, milestones, schedules and release plans
  • Own project health reporting, milestone tracking, delivery reviews, risk management and escalation
  • Maintain project structures, backlogs, Epics, Features, User Stories, Releases and versions
  • Manage prioritized scope and identify and escalate scope changes
  • Plan capacity and resources with the Technical Manager and delivery leads
  • Coordinate Engineering, UI/UX and QA teams to remove blockers and streamline handoffs
  • Build trusted client relationships and act as the primary delivery contact
  • Provide operational updates and translate complex technical updates into clear progress reports
  • Establish communication rhythms covering project health, progress, risks, dependencies and milestones
  • Manage delivery against Statements of Work and communicate scope drift commercially
  • Coordinate resolution of delivery issues and escalate when necessary
  • Anticipate bottlenecks, resource constraints and timeline threats
  • Develop contingency solutions with the Technical Manager
  • Ensure delivery follows company standards, security requirements and client obligations
  • Foster accountability across geographically distributed teams
  • Establish delivery expectations, working rhythms, quality standards and escalation paths
  • Keep executive leadership, P&C and delivery managers aligned on project health

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • At least 4 years’ experience delivering software or technology projects, including significant responsibility for project or delivery management
  • Experience in Technical Project Management, Software Engineering, Technical Leadership, Delivery Management, Solutions Architecture or similar technology-focused roles
  • Strong practical experience with Agile and Scrum delivery, project planning, estimation, dependency management and delivery tracking using Jira, Confluence or equivalent tools
  • Proven experience delivering client-facing software or technology projects involving multiple stakeholders and technical dependencies
  • Experience involving hardware/software integration, APIs, embedded systems or the professional AV industry is highly desirable
  • Familiarity with AI-assisted tools and automation for planning, documentation, reporting or delivery workflows
  • Familiarity with Google Workspace and Microsoft environments, including email, documentation, and collaboration tools
  • Strong understanding of software development lifecycles and modern engineering practices
  • Able to understand technical architecture, integrations, APIs, dependencies and engineering constraints well enough to manage delivery effectively
  • Comfortable working directly with software engineers, QA engineers, UX/UI and technical leadership
  • Able to assess and challenge estimates, assumptions, dependencies and delivery risks without needing to be the technical implementer
  • Previous experience in software engineering, technical leadership, solutions architecture or another technology-focused role is highly desirable
  • Excellent verbal and written English communication skills
  • Ability to build trust with global clients, influence technical teams and communicate effectively with senior stakeholders
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Comfort working in a fast-paced environment across multiple time zones
