About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Manage day-to-day sales activities for a group of MHIN customers and maintain long-term relationships
  • Identify sales opportunities and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and service goals
  • Conduct contract negotiations with the legal department and negotiate prices and conditions with key accounts
  • Participate in customer discussions, prepare offers, and assess technical requirements, timelines, and budgets
  • Visit new and existing customers, consult on M+H products, provide product information, and conduct trainings/workshops
  • Monitor customer sales performance, including turnover, forecasting, and receivables
  • Define and evaluate customer needs, technical feasibility, deadlines, and costs during quotation preparation
  • Support customers with growth strategies, pricing strategies, and marketing programs
  • Process customer complaints and product returns
  • Oversee sales support, administration, customer service, invoicing, credit, and collections
  • Participate in industry fairs, customer fairs, and exhibitions
  • Provide monthly sales forecasts and coordinate plans with logistics
  • Report customer visits and activities in MANN+HUMMEL CRM systems
  • Initiate marketing events with the Marketing/Product department
  • Work with Product Management, Marketing, Logistics, and Business Development teams
  • Liaise between customers and MANN+HUMMEL departments as the main customer service contact

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • University degree in Business Administration or equivalent field of education
  • 4+ years of relevant work experience in the aftermarket sector
  • Knowledge of Mann Hummel Product range as well as customer´s business
  • Business acumen, customer orientation, organization and coordination skills, self-initiative and ability to work under pressure
  • Leadership skills, conflict management, communication skills
  • MS office skills
